Protective Co-Parenting Mediation
Designed for families navigating safety concerns, EPOs, DVOs, or situations where parents cannot be in the same space. This service follows the same evidence-based framework as our standard co-parenting mediation but is structured so that parents are never required to be together. Accepts both state (Medicaid) and private insurance.
What's Included
•4 individual parent sessions per parent — parents never share a session
•Rotated scheduling between parents to honor the reality of EPOs, DVOs, and safety planning
•Child-inclusive session with each parent individually (when appropriate)
•Nurturing Parenting Mini Session (4 hours) — certificate provided for court documentation if needed
•Written summary of agreed-upon terms, notarized documentation, and signed clinical verification from a Licensed Clinical Therapist
Additional sessions available through insurance if clinically needed — removing financial barriers for families in the most vulnerable circumstances.
